The final price of purchasing a home is ultimately determined by your motivation to buy and the seller's motivation to sell, but I'll work hard to save you $5000 or more, or I'll pay you $500 at closing.  This guarantee takes away any suspicion a buyer may have that some Realtors®do not want to negotiate effectively on behalf of them because the agent's commission will be reduced.
