Dave has been in real estate for 23 years, but he’s never worked for anyone other than himself. He says this is a bonus for his clients because unlike most Realtors who have the same skill set, he’s been able to form his own unique methods through years of experience and successes.

“I’m all about product. Other agents may talk about how big their company is, but I’m not a big company and I’m not all about me. I’m all about the house.”
